Responsible Gambling at K2Game
Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — nothing more, nothing less. K2Game is committed to providing every Pakistani player with the tools, knowledge and support needed to play safely, within their means and on their own terms.
If gambling is causing you distress: Please stop playing immediately and contact our support team at [email protected]. You can also request self-exclusion at any time. Help is available — you do not have to manage this alone.
Age Restrictions & Eligibility
K2Game is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — to register, deposit and play. This is a non-negotiable requirement, not a formality.
Age verification is conducted during the KYC process. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar are required to submit a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent government-issued identification confirming their date of birth before withdrawals are processed.
K2Game is additionally required to note that gambling restrictions apply in Pakistan. The age restriction alone does not determine the lawfulness of online gambling in your jurisdiction. Please understand the applicable local laws before participating.
CNIC Verification
A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is required for all Pakistani users. Date of birth on the CNIC must confirm you are 18 or older.
Parental Controls
We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use device-level parental controls and internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing any online gambling platform.
Account Monitoring
Keep your login credentials private. Never share your K2Game username or password with anyone — especially minors. Account sharing is a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
Report Underage Access
If you suspect any account on K2Game is operated by a person under 18, report it to our support team immediately. We take all such reports seriously and act without delay.
Your Safe Play Toolkit
K2Game provides the following responsible gambling tools for all registered players. These tools are available directly through your account and can be activated at any time.
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once a deposit limit is in place, it cannot be increased immediately — a mandatory cooling-off period applies. Illustrative example: set a monthly deposit cap of PKR 10,000 to stay in control of your spending.
Loss Limits
Loss limits restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined time period — daily, weekly or monthly. When the limit is reached, you will be prevented from placing further bets until the period resets, regardless of your current account balance.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum session duration. You will receive an alert as you approach your limit, and an automatic logout when it is reached. This tool is particularly effective at preventing extended, unplanned play sessions during PSL or ICC match days.
Reality Checks
Periodic on-screen reminders that display your current session duration and net financial position. Reality checks are a simple but effective tool for maintaining awareness of time and spend as you play.
Cooling-Off Periods
Take a short break from gambling without fully closing your account. A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your ability to deposit or play for a defined period — available in 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day durations — giving you space to reflect.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is the strongest responsible gambling tool available. It permanently or temporarily closes your account and blocks your access to K2Game. Minimum self-exclusion period is six months. Requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed within the exclusion window.
Self-Exclusion — What You Need to Know
Self-exclusion is a formal commitment between you and K2Game to restrict your access to the platform for a defined minimum period. It is one of the most effective interventions available if gambling is becoming a problem, and K2Game takes every self-exclusion request extremely seriously.
Request at Any Time
Self-exclusion requests can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via email to our support team. You do not need to provide a reason — your request will be actioned promptly.
Minimum Six-Month Period
The minimum self-exclusion period is six months. You may request a longer period — including permanent exclusion — at any time. Periods cannot be shortened once in effect.
Account Closure & Balance
On activation, your account is closed. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds, which are forfeited) will be returned to you via the payment method on file after identity verification.
Do Not Attempt to Re-Register
Attempting to create a new account during your self-exclusion period is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. K2Game uses technical and manual controls to detect such attempts and will close any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion order.
Returning After Exclusion
After the exclusion period expires, re-activation requires a deliberate written request and a mandatory 24-hour reflection period before access is restored. This is a safeguard, not a barrier — K2Game wants to ensure your return to the platform is considered and voluntary.
Signs You May Need a Break
Problem gambling can develop gradually. The following signs — identified by recognised responsible gambling organisations — can indicate that gambling is no longer a harmless activity. If several of these apply to you, please consider using one of K2Game's responsible gambling tools or reaching out for support.
- You spend more money on gambling than you originally planned — repeatedly, and with regret afterwards.
- You gamble to try to win back money you have already lost ("chasing losses").
- Gambling takes priority over family, work or social obligations — including during PSL match days or late-night sessions.
- You feel anxious, irritable or restless when you are not gambling or when you try to stop.
- You conceal your gambling activity from family members or close friends.
- You borrow money, sell possessions or use household funds (PKR earmarked for rent, bills or food) to fund gambling.
- You find yourself unable to stop gambling even when you want to, or even when you are losing.
- Your mood, self-esteem or mental wellbeing is significantly affected by gambling wins or losses.
Quick Self-Assessment
Honest self-reflection is a powerful tool. The questions below are adapted from widely used responsible gambling screening frameworks. Answer them privately and honestly — this is for your benefit only.
If you answer "yes" to three or more of these questions, we strongly encourage you to activate a cooling-off period, a deposit limit, or a self-exclusion. Contact K2Game support or reach out to a recognised support organisation in your region.

Tips for Healthy, Enjoyable Play
Most people who gamble do so as a leisure activity without lasting harm. These straightforward habits can help keep it that way — whether you're following a PSL match from Lahore or placing a live casino bet from Islamabad.
Set a Budget Before You Play
Decide on a fixed PKR amount you are comfortable losing before you start a session. Treat it as the cost of entertainment — like a cinema ticket or a restaurant meal — not as an investment. When it's gone, the session ends.
Limit Your Play Time
Set a time limit before every session and stick to it. Use K2Game's session timer tool or simply set an alarm on your phone. Extended unplanned sessions are one of the most common pathways to problem gambling.
Gamble for Fun, Not Profit
The house always has a mathematical edge. Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a reliable income stream. If you find yourself relying on winnings to cover bills or living expenses in Pakistan, please stop and seek support.
Never Chase Your Losses
Chasing losses — placing bigger bets to recover what you have lost — is one of the clearest warning signs of problem gambling. Accept that losses are part of the game and step away when your session budget is exhausted.
Take Regular Breaks
Step away from the screen regularly — even during exciting moments like a PSL final or an ICC knockout match. Continuous unbroken play reduces decision quality and increases impulsive betting behaviour.
Talk to Someone You Trust
If gambling feels like it's getting out of hand, speak to someone you trust — a family member or close friend. Bringing the issue into the open is often the first step towards regaining control. Our support team is also available for confidential assistance.
Support & Help Resources
K2Game is not a counselling or clinical service. If gambling is seriously affecting your life, please reach out to dedicated professional support. The following types of resources are available — contact them independently through your own research.
Gambling Helplines
Many jurisdictions offer dedicated gambling helplines staffed by trained counsellors available around the clock. Contact your local health authority or search for a recognised gambling support helpline in your region for confidential assistance.
Counselling Services
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) has strong evidence behind it for treating problem gambling. Qualified therapists and counselling organisations — operating independently from K2Game — are available in most major Pakistani cities including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
Support Groups
Peer support groups such as Gamblers Anonymous operate in many countries and provide a confidential community of people with shared experiences of problem gambling. Meeting formats vary — in-person, online and phone-based groups exist. Search independently for groups in your area.
Play Responsibly — Or Step Back When You Need To
K2Game is here to entertain — on your terms, within your limits. If you are ready to play safely with the tools we have described, head to the homepage. If you need a break or more information first, our FAQ and Terms are there for you.
18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction. Gambling restrictions apply in Pakistan. Never gamble more than you can afford to lose. Please understand applicable local law before participating.
