1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the K2Game platform, accessible at https://k2game.cam ("the Platform", "the Website"). K2Game is an English-language online gaming information and betting entertainment platform operated for the benefit of Pakistani users and other eligible players worldwide.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. K2Game does not hold or claim a Pakistan gambling licence. This Platform is operated under applicable international licensing where available. 2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"Account"

The personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.

"Balance"

The total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and any eligible bonus funds.

"Bonus"

Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, deposit match or other incentive offered by K2Game subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to process withdrawals and maintain account security.

"PKR"

Pakistani Rupee — the currency used in illustrative examples on this Platform. All real transaction amounts are governed by the operator's current payment policies.

"Platform"

"RTP"

3 Account Eligibility

To create an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any legal disability that prevents you from entering into contracts.
• Jurisdiction: You must satisfy yourself that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. K2Game does not guarantee that use of this Platform is permitted under the laws of Pakistan, any Pakistani province, or any other territory.
• Single account: You may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, device, payment method or IP address — constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have applied for self-exclusion from gambling platforms, whether on K2Game or any connected operator. If you are self-excluded, you must not attempt to open a new account.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be on any sanctions list, terrorism watch list or other legally prohibited-persons register that would restrict your ability to use financial services.

4 Account Registration

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. K2Game will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

K2Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any subsequent point. Documents commonly requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) for Pakistani users, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

• All registration details must belong to and be used exclusively by the Account holder.
• Registering on behalf of another person, or using fabricated identity information, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Account transfers, sales or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

K2Game facilitates access to deposit and withdrawal functionality in accordance with the operator's current payment policies. Available payment channels may include bank transfers (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), mobile money services (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast) and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT, all subject to availability and your geographic location.

The mention of any payment provider name on this Platform is for contextual familiarity only and does not constitute an endorsement of gambling services by that provider. K2Game does not represent that any specific payment method will be available at any given time.

• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit thresholds apply to each payment method and may change without prior notice. Illustrative example only: a minimum of PKR 1,000 may apply to some channels.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to accounts or payment instruments that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• KYC requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. This typically includes submission of a valid government-issued ID (e.g. CNIC), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method.
• Processing times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method and operator. K2Game does not guarantee specific processing timelines. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other cities should allow for standard banking processing periods.
• Pending bonuses: Any active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement may restrict or delay withdrawal of the associated balance. Review all active bonus conditions before requesting a withdrawal.
• Currency: Transactions are processed in the currency supported by the operator. PKR-denominated accounts are subject to the operator's applicable exchange-rate and conversion policies.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

K2Game may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 150,000 must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum permitted bet limit applies — typically in the range of PKR 500–1,000 per stake, subject to the specific promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino tables and certain other games may contribute as little as 10%. Check the specific promotion terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• Sticky vs. non-sticky bonuses: Non-sticky bonuses are deducted from the balance on cashout; sticky bonuses remain in the account but only the winnings generated from them are withdrawable.
• Maximum cashout: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap. Illustrative example: a maximum cashout of PKR 25,000 may apply to free-spin winnings regardless of the actual amount won.
• Bonus abuse: K2Game reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if abuse of the bonus system is identified, including through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed purely to satisfy rollover requirements.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. K2Game does not accept liability for errors made by the User during the bet placement process, including selection of incorrect odds, markets or stake amounts.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by the real-world events they reference. K2Game does not manipulate game results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, the hand, spin or event outcome may be voided. Where appropriate, stakes may be refunded at the operator's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the Platform and are subject to change.
• K2Game covers Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other live sports. Market availability is subject to scheduling, operator discretion and applicable laws.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• K2Game reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that have been set up in error or that contain materially incorrect information.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, including but not limited to those jurisdictions where K2Game does not hold a licence to operate.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute legitimate deposits made to your Account.
• Misuse of the referral or affiliate programme, including self-referrals.

9 Responsible Gambling

K2Game is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means to address financial difficulties. The following responsible gambling tools are available to registered Users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss limits: Restrict the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts after a specified period of play.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and will be actioned promptly.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen prompts reminding you of your session duration and net spend.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of K2Game or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from K2Game.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K2Game and its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.

K2Game does not guarantee that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit K2Game's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

K2Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

K2Game does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for the operation of the Platform, compliance with legal obligations, or as expressly described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

K2Game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, K2Game will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to registered Users. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which K2Game holds its applicable operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact K2Game's support team to attempt resolution. K2Game commits to reviewing all complaints in a fair, timely and transparent manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under the applicable licence jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your home jurisdiction to the extent those laws cannot be excluded by contract.
